Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Return and exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we may not be able to accept the request.
If you receive the wrong item or a defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@falcongears.com with clear photos and order details. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or return at no extra cost.
Customers may be asked to provide order number, clear photos, product packaging, tags, and an unboxing/opening video where available to help verify wrong, damaged, or defective item claims.
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we may offer another product, store credit, or a return option after inspection.
For size changes or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we sent the wrong or defective item, Falcon Gears will cover the return arrangement.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are handled after inspection through an agreed local method such as bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or store credit. Processing usually takes 3-5 business days after approval.
We currently deliver across Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we may call or message you to confirm the order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be delayed or cancelled.
Confirmed orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed during weekends, holidays, campaigns, or high-volume periods may take longer.
We aim to deliver across Pakistan within 2-6 business days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary by city, courier availability, weather, public holidays, or service disruptions.
Shipping charges are shown at checkout or communicated during order confirmation. If a free delivery offer is active, it will apply according to the offer conditions.
Please provide a complete address and reachable phone number. If a parcel is returned because the customer is unreachable, refuses delivery, or provides an incorrect address, future orders may require confirmation or advance payment.
Once dispatched, tracking details may be shared by WhatsApp, SMS, email, or direct message depending on the courier process.
